I was originally going to start off this post by saying that this is a strange song, but that goes for at least 50% of what ends up here. But still, this is the type of thing you have to just wonder how it got made.
It's a song featuring Freddy Krueger threatening you to "Dance or Else" and apparently its about a party hosted by Freddy Krueger who isn't trying to really kill people anymore, well, as long as they dance. He does have a special dance floor according to the song, so maybe its cover with...razors or something. I don't know. Its pretty similar to the music on The Lost Boys and Teen Wolf so its pretty much perfect.
